    Very pleasant experience

    Near to the event I was attending, exceptionally clean, staff very friendly.my room was lovely and had all the facilities I needed. I had a chicken Caesar salad for my dinner and it was absolutely delicious, excellent chef.

    As a lone female traveler with a dog it would have been nice to have an area in the restaurant to sit and eat with my very well behaved dog. I had to eat in the reception area, it was extremely busy and noisy due to a large number of people, who appeared to be attending a conference and seemed to be working at a lot of the tables.

    The room and hotel value for money the food not so good

    Clean and tidy

    The Katsu burger was not value for money £18 for a slice of battered chicken and no sauce , very bland

    Relaxing stay

    The hotel was welcoming and very comfortable. Very relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent.
