    Location and check in staff

    Noisy air conditioning unit that had to be turned off to allow sleep. Lack of vegan options for food within hotel and attached pub

    The pools were fantastic, everything was clean and felt very safe. The gym was great and had lots of equipment. Breakfast in the blaze was very good, we did have to pay for it there is no continental breakfast.

    We drive a truck and the underground parking was too low for us to park there so we had to find parking in downtown which isn’t easy and had to move our truck in the morning
