We enjoyed this stay and enjoyed Trastevere. This apartment is well located in a happening area of the city next to many fine restaurants, transit, and even short walk (20-30 min) to Basilica di San Pietro and Ancient Rome. Roberto is a top host.
A little nondescript with little street appeal if that bothers you. My family did not mind/notice. It was the only property that we were not personally greeted and needed to rely on WiFi / mobile phone for access rather than physical key. This was not an impediment, but a little worrisome if you experience unreliable mobile data in Italy.

Great location. Spacious, clean apartment. Responsive, attentive host. I hope the problem with the water heater was fixed.
