Perfect location, great price.
We were familiar with the property, having stayed on lower floors previously, but this stay, our first on the top level, really brought home how much it misses a lift, especially for those arriving with luggage. The shower worked well but temperatures were poorly set - one level too cold and one too hot - so the only option was to quickly switch levels while washing - hardly ideal. Also, more notice should be given to how many guests are staying, which of course is clear on the booking. We had one bath towel between two of us for the full length of our stay - and the towel rail heater didn't seem to work. Only one small plate, too. Wi-fi also intermittent. Those aspects took some of the shine off our stay but thankfully the location and value - both ideal for our needs - always win out.
