Children's playground.
One of the chairs collapsed on my son, on the second day. he had my granddaughter in his hands at the time. Upon inspection there were other dining chairs with chair supports on the legs missing. Contacted the owner about this and the hot tub(below). credit goes to him for he came within hour to check it out, took the offending chair away. And informed us the hot tub was ok to use. Hot tub filter was floating around the hot tub, my son managed to put it back but there was another bit floating around, we weren't sure whether we could use the hot tub, upon contacting the owner, we were told it was ok to use..we missed the use of it the first day, even though we paid extra so that it would be heated up when we got there.

A fantastic long weekend filled with lots of food, drinks, laughs and great memories. The villa was
We absolutely loved our stay in Saffron Walden. The villa was perfect for our group, with plenty of space across the bedrooms and some fantastic facilities. The hot tub and cinema room were real highlights, while the beautiful kitchen and BBQ area made cooking and spending time together so enjoyable. It was a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time with friends.
The only thing we felt could be improved was the cleanliness and general upkeep in a few areas. There were some signs of wear and tear that could benefit from a little TLC and attention to detail. Nothing major, but a bit of extra care and maintenance would make an already lovely property feel even more special.
