    Das Appartement, die Ausstattung, die Lage.

    Die Check-in (15h) und vor allem die Check-out Zeit (10h). Letztere ist ein für uns ein Ausschlusskriterium, diese Zeit ist einfach viel zu früh!

    Die Lage zur Straßenbahn nach Karlsruhe. Ansonsten Fassade..

    Es ist eine 1 Raum Wohnung. Keine Türen. Im Sommer unerträglich warm. Lüftung abends bedingt durch den bis 24.00 geöffneten Außenbereich des benachbarten Restaurants nicht möglich. Extreme Lärmbelästigung. Außerdem Geruchsbelästigund durch die Abluftkamine des Restaurants auf der Ausenterrasse.. Altes Fett etc. Terrasse ungepflegt. Mülleimer im Treppenhaus überfüllt. Über 10 Stück. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer überlastet. Toilette entspricht keiner Norm.. Man lese die Hausordnung.
