Misrepresented as "Deluxe" – Unsanitary, Host Unprofessional I stayed at Deluxe Apartment Center of Tbilisi from 30.09.2026 to 03.10.2026. The apartment was advertised as "deluxe" but is in a state of disrepair and unsanitary. Issues I encountered: · Cockroach infestation in the dining area — one fell onto my seat while I was eating. · Water leaks: Water leaked from the bathroom through the skirting board into the kitchen. I had to shut off the water and clean the flooded floor myself. · Black mould on the kitchen walls in the lower corner, caused by constant water seepage. · Bathroom tap leaks. · Tropical shower unusable: water streams from the side instead of through the holes. · Kitchen tap loose. · Iron unusable (burnt surface). · Loose electrical socket next to the bed. · Coffee machine not connected, placed on top of a cabinet for appearance only. · Broken bed. · TV not working. When I reported the main issues (cockroaches, leaks, mould) to the host via WhatsApp, she acknowledged them but refused any compensation. In response to the cockroach report, she said there was nothing she could do and suggested I just kill them. She then made a personal remark asking if I was drunk and told me to write a nice review to boost my ego. Instead of a solution, she sent a Kafka cockroach meme. The apartment requires renovation and does not meet the standard of a "deluxe" listing. I would not recommend this place. It's a misrepresentation.

Location, location, location. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication with them was very easy.
You could hear the music from nearby restaurants, although it didn’t bother me personally. There was a wine festival during our stay, so it may have been noisier than usual. The accommodation is a little more worn than it looks in the photos, and the iron needs replacing as the soleplate is burnt and unusable. Overall, though, it was a good fit for our needs and good value for money.
