    lovely and comfortable stay

    We had a lovely stay at Deluxe Apartment Granada and really enjoyed our stay in Granada. The apartment was comfortable and well located, and overall we had a good experience.

    These needs more attention: The washing machine, and central air-conditioning/cooling system needs to be clean. The windows need a deeper clean, particularly the outside edges and frames, which were quite dusty when the windows were opened. The hallway needs to be cleaned The plants are neglected and need care and attention. We also noticed cigarette smoke coming from the apartments above, which sometimes entered our apartment through the central air-conditioning system and the windows. We understand this may be related to the other apartments, but it was noticeable during our stay. There was also a problem with the shower, but we were very happy with the communication with the agent, who responded quickly and resolved the problem promptly. Apart from these points, everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

    Superb spacious Apartment

    Spacious superb apartment. Very comfortable sofa and bed, constant hot water, air conditioning, tv with lots of choice. A treat having the tennis channel. Good cooking facilities. Staff are on hand if you need anything, Very helpful and friendly. Location could not be better. Quiet yet so central. As a solo traveller I felt very safe in the building/ area. Highly Recommend.
