Great location, roomy, could use some improvement
All in all, the apartment is a great value. Centrally located, just a very short walk to the Jardin and Parroquia, shops, restaurants, everything. The unit is roomy, easy to find, and parking (which we did not need) is excellent.
While the space overall is nice, it feels a bit worn and patched at times. Again, nothing major, just some small updates that would make it a 9 rather than an 8: kitchen towels, fullsize coffee pot, real clean water bubbler rather than bottle pump, extra keys. And, the great location also means it can be a bit noisy from vehicle traffic, and also people having fun late on a Saturday night.
