Very nice and cozy apartment. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were very satisfied with our experience.

L'appartamento è nuovo, pulito e curato nei minimi particolari, il proprietario e la sua famiglia sono molto gentili e disponibili.
La posizione è ottima perché a pochi km da Tarvisio e da Kraniska Gora ma proprio nei pressi dell' appartamento nn ci sta un granché giusto un piccolo minimarket

Perfect location for an active holiday
The location is perfect for short/medium trips. Biking or hiking, there are many different targets to choose from. (Slovenia, Italy, Austria) Ratece is a quiet village. The accomodation is perfectly clean. The host even helped us to rend an e-bike.
Our car got quite hot whan parking on the sunny side of the inner parking place, which - on the other hand - is very helpful because of the narrow streets.
