    Unacceptable termination of our stay during checkin period already. Location even not exists.

    Absolutely nothing, since we never got the apartment, even though we arrived in the early afternoon at the indicated address!!😬😥😠☹️😫😞

    Everything! Once arrived after several hours driving from Marrakech, we received a booking cancelation from Booking.com. I called the number and I was told that there was a last minute change and that he would send me the new location via WhatsApp which was NOT happening then! I tried later several times to call him, but he went silent. At the indicated address there wasn’t any apartments anyway… We had to search for new accommodation which was quite difficult because most was booked in Casablanca due to the ongoing 2025 African Football Cup and vacation time. Instead of the cancelled apartment for 5 people (incl. children) with ocean view I only found 3 expensive double rooms city hotel. How it’s possible that Booking.com allows such last minute cancellations which was in our case even within the check-in period?
