Oceanview, big balcony, good food, pool was nice,
The elevators took for ever. Parking was hard to find. Couldn't control the AC. Hot tub wasn't working. When I arrived @430pm checkin was anytime after 4pm. The room hadn't been cleaned. I reached out to owner after few texts and call he responded and got someone out but I couldn't get into room until 815pm . I drove from Illinois and need a shower and relax. I had sit outside and wait with groceries for an hour. O was not happy when first arrived. But after the clean my stay was good not really complaints but some things didnt like.

The stay in the condo was very uncomfortable I had to sleep on top of the covers with a blanket because the sheets were
We liked the pool and location.
There was black mold all over the condo. On the ceilings in the shower. The sheets were nasty and stained. The pull out bed had a huge yellow pee stain on it. The furniture was dirty and the throw rugs were all nasty and dirty. All the towels and sheets were covered in black curly hair.

Minor negatives. I plan to stay again in the future.
Location. Neutral to just about everything whether walking or on wheels.
Elevator wait time and all the freaking chairs and umbrellas on the beach.

Overall very nice condo
Very nicely decorated n clean
The air conditioning went out on 2nd night called host ac guy came n reset it but it didn’t fix it left on day 3 cause of not fixed
