  Peak location and views. It was a great stay

  Great location and facilities. Especially for kids

  Finding the parking area and access to the correct building was a bit tricky at first as its within a larger overall complex that includes a shopping centre car park. But after you know what to do having a Coles on the ground floor was 👍

  Apartment was not all that clean oven had food crumbs in it dishes in cupboard were not all that clean no vacuum cleaner not a lot of toilet paper or soap supplied but overall good

  Fantastic location & views, room experiences varied

  We had a group of 9 across two separate apartments for a family stay. The location is absolutely fantastic—everything you need is close by, including shops right below and easy access to the tram. The main pool and downstairs BBQ area are wonderful facilities. Special mention to the shower pressure and super comfortable beds, plus the ocean views are an absolute money shot looking out over the beach! Tips for guests & Management suggestions: For Guests: Pack earplugs if you are staying on a weekend! For Management: Adding a simple welcome guide with instructions for appliances (dishwasher, aircon lockouts) and refreshing the furniture/carpets in Unit 2295 would hugely elevate the guest experience. Level 29 – Unit 2295 The Good: Stunning, unbeatable views, great shower, and very comfortable large beds. We also had a minor booking mishap initially, but the property manager resolved it promptly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. Level 27 – Unit 2274 The Good: Spacious living area, very comfortable beds, and convenient access to the pool and shopping area below.

  I have privately messaged Property Management about some issues with room 2295, hopefully these are resolved by the time the next occupants arrive. L9 Room 2395 - Air temp control was locked but figured out how to use, might be worth having instructions handy. On-site gym is substandard for a complex of this size, no aircon, limited free weights and machines. The spa is riddled with children that were just splashing about, adults didn’t really get a chance to just “chill”, dryer, needs replacing - super loud and clunky. Would’ve been nice to have a welcome booklet, what’s around, how to use items such as the dishwasher etc. I felt that the entire unit was very tired and not very clean. Carpet could do with a really good clean. Dining room chairs were filthy and could do with a good clean. Couldn’t sit on the outdoor furniture, was weary the legs would give out due to age and rust all over. Overall, the space itself could do with a good overhaul/update. We would come back but would mostly likely avoid this particular unit (2295). L7 Room 2274 - When staying with family in other apartments, couldn't access their level.
