Great apartment with an excellent location and a wonderful host We had a really great experience staying at this apartment in Duisburg. The location is excellent, especially as it is very close to the bus station and center, making it easy and convenient to get around the city and reach other areas. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The rooms are big and there is plenty of space, which makes the flat feel very comfortable even for a longer stay. One of the highlights is the large kitchen, which has everything you could possibly need, including all the necessary utensils and equipment for cooking and preparing meals. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. We particularly appreciated having so much space and all the facilities needed to feel at home. The host was also great, very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Communication was easy from the beginning, and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable place in a convenient location in Duisburg. We would happily stay here again!

Deluxe ist ein bisschen übertrieben. Kompliment an den Fotografen. Klimaanlage ist bei dem Wetter sehr gut.
Die Matratzen sind durch. Da müssen unbedingt neu her. Wir haben schlecht geschlafen.

Herbert ist ein ganz zauberhafter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend – ich habe rechtzeitig sehr klare und hilfreiche Videos und Anweisungen bekommen, wie ich zur Wohnung und ins Haus komme. Besonders nett war, dass spontan ein sportlicher Nachbar geholfen hat, meinen sehr schweren Koffer in die obere Etage zu tragen. Das war wirklich aufmerksam organisiert. Die Wohnung selbst ist überraschend großzügig, modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Wert hier auf Sauberkeit gelegt wird – alles war blitzblank. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr angenehm, besonders das große Textilsofa lädt richtig zum Entspannen ein. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre lediglich eine komplett verdunkelnde Gardine im Schlafzimmer, damit nachts kein Licht von draußen hereinfällt. Ansonsten war wirklich alles wunderbar. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!
