    Excellent location, clear communication, modern facilities

    3 flights of stairs with no elevator - difficult to haul luggage. Shower is a bit tricky, gets pretty wet and toiletries weren't very clear. It's a very bright apartment with a lot of traffic noise - but it's perfectly situated in tbilisi and very modern and comfortable.

    Decent value for money in an excellent location.

    Location is excellent - minutes away from Freedom Square, with multiple convenience stores, banks and a pharmacy in between. Air conditioning worked well.

    Staircase on the way up is sketchy. Some of the cupboards and trim have seen better days; "Deluxe" is a bit of a stretch... but for the price it's fine.
