    The apartment is in a great location on a quiet side street, but very close to all the action in the old city. Charles is fantastic to work with. Not only does he readily answer any questions you have and provide lots of guidance, he's put a lot of effort into a binder filled with information ranging from the apartment functions to the wide variety of places to eat and adventures that may be of interest. He also provides a video library in the tv which covers this information too.

    The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. The only drawback may be an occasional slight odor in the toilet. I have not stayed at any other facility in this area, but from reading many comments before renting this apartment, it seems to be common in the area.

    Amazing Chiang Mai

    Charles was extremely helpful and a great host. Whatever we needed he advised us what to do and where to go. The apartment is huge and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend Chiang Mai and the townhouse to anyone.
