    great location, beautiful view, spacious

    Very spacious and comfortable apartment with amazing view. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. If you're staying here to attend an event at Excel, it's a perfect option just at 10 minutes walking distance from the venue.

    Only thing I can complain about is the bed being too soft for my fussy back.

    Tutto sommato bello

    L'appartamento era esattamente uguale alle foto. Niente da ridire sulla vista e sugli spazi, salone enorme e camere grandi. Vicino alla metro ma distante 40 minuti circa dal centro.

    Il bagno non finestrato senza ventola aspirante. Doccia sporca con un groviglio di capelli sul miscelatore. Quando siamo arrivati alle 19.30, in perfetto orario e coerentemente con quello che avevo comunicato, fornendo un aggiornamento continuo durante la giornata sui nostri spostamenti (volo, decollo, atterraggio e taxi), l'ufficio era chiuso perché il ragazzo è dovuto correre in un altro hotel per un'emergenza e sarebbe tornato 1 ora dopo, costringendoci a mangiare un boccone in un ristorante li vicino e impedendoci di godere della serata perché poi si è fatto troppo tardi per andare in centro. Capisco l'emergenza, ma nel weekend potrebbero avere due persone.

    Would recommend for anyone heading to the O2

    Great location right near the tube and easy access to the O2 using the bubble! Very responsive staff when problem arise with the water

    No hot water when arrived but soon resolved with a phone call
