My family and I had a wonderful stay at Demar. The villa is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook simple meals. The 2 patio areas is nice and spacious. One offered sea view and the other in the beautiful garden. It was really nice to hang out late nights outside when it cooled down. The villa is also conveniently located right next to Katakalo town, which features a couple small grocery stores and other shops and a variety of restaurants. Everything is a short walk away. A larger supermarket is only a 13 min drive. Our check in was seamless as our host was waiting for us outside. One of the best experiences of all staying here was our wonderful hosts Giannis and Anna. They are so lovely and offered us treats from the day we arrived. We even sat down with them and had a drink! We will keep them in our memories. This Villa offers comfort and accessibility for a great price. I would definitely recommend Demar for families. Thank you and we hope to be back in the future!
There is AC in the main room, but the 2 bedrooms can benefit in having their own AC if you plan on having the doors closed. Other than that, the AC in the main room does cool down the bedrooms when the doors are open.

On choisira un autre endroit de katakolo pour notre séjour

Pas de climatiseur en marche le jour de notre arrivée ( 37 degrés dehors) la chambre a mis beaucoup de temps à se refroidir( 1 seule Clim pour l appartement ), trop peu d’ustensiles pour se préparer les repas, séjour d’1 semaine, et surtout pas de rideaux aux fenêtres de la véranda qui donne sur la route et immeuble et la salle de bain/ toilette qui est dans la véranda. De plus, situation très très bruyante, bord de route, beaucoup de motos et voitures qui font hurler les moteurs tard le soir( 1h et 2h du matin, on ne sait pas pourquoi ? )..
