We needed a place to stay near the airport as flight was delayed and this fit the bill close by 10mins drive taxi it was clean and had a vending machine next to it for drinks crisp chocolate which was very handy as there was no shop near by also beach was a 2mins walk
Location to shops was to far to walk need a car if you was staying here long term

The apartment is in a quiet area, about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport and close to Larnaca, so it can be convenient for guests with a car. We appreciated the cold water, the sweets and the ice creams provided.
Without a car, getting there was extremely difficult. We had to walk around 40 minutes in the heat with our luggage on roads with poor pedestrian infrastructure. There is almost nothing within walking distance, including no grocery stores or restaurants. Getting back to the airport was very stressful as we could not find public transport or a taxi in the evening. Luckily, a kind person from a local kiosk drove us to the airport; otherwise, we might have missed our flight. The owners tried to help and sent a taxi number later, but we had already found a solution. It would be good to make the apartment cleaner, especially in the kitchen, but not only. Not all air conditioners worked properly, and some glasses broke easily. It seems that we arrived during a period of roadworks and temporary traffic changes. In such period, this place may be suitable for guests with a rental car, but we would NOT recommend it to travellers without one

בעוונותי קבעתי את הדירה והתבלבלתי בתאריכים. מיד התקשרתי לדמיטרי שהיה ממש נחמד בטלפון ואמר שכמובן יבטל לנו את ההזמנה ללא קנס. לא כך היה הדבר. בפועל דמיטרי דחה את הבקשה שלנו ומאז לא מגיב לנו למיילים. מאכזב מאוד.
