    Perfect house for a group of 5 gents to stay as plenty of room and good location. Would recommend

    Lovely spacious and clean house. Good location to walk to centre of town and beaches .

    Loved our stay and house has fabulous potential

    Location good and house in general well equipped and easy to contact local letting agency with queries. Spacious and flexible accommodation, especially if you give advance notice about configuration of beds.Previous occupants had left lots of nice stuff like spices, condiments etc and we did the same.

    Main issue was wasps nest outside one of our rear bedroom windows so couldn’t open window. Reported in person. Parking for 2 cars but impeded by iron gates - really needs sorting. Small things: our bedroom blind kept falling down and the whole house could be doing with some decorative TLC 😊. Minor stuff: no trays, pot rests, serving ladles or place mats and our shower head needed replacing. Needs more wine glasses for such a large house. Just needs someone to actually stay here a couple of nights and work out what needs doing. Have to say a pressure wash of outside areas is greatly overdue 🙈 BBQ facilities were problematic.

    Lodge was sapcious and made our party a success.

    Could have been better maintained. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom, one ceiling light fitting not properly installed, could not get gas fire to light, poor instructions for heating.

    Roomy and very comfortable. Well appointed.

    Entrance gate a bit narrow.
