    Nice, central hotel

    Really great location near the centre, was nice to have a pool in peak heat hours.

    The pillows and bed were very hard - my friends and I resorted to using our clothes as a pillow.

    Terrible 3 days with poor service.

    The room size and mattress.

    I stayed at the hotel for three days, but the room was never cleaned during my stay despite my requests. Additionally, bottled water was provided only on the first day. When I requested water on the second and third days, the staff refused to provide it. This level of service was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Never seen such bad service at any previous hotels where I have stayed before.
