    A very comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location

    The location is great - with it being more or less in the middle between Windermere and Bowness it is only a short walk to either location, which was ideal for us when deciding where to eat out for our evening meals. The breakfast was really nice, with a good choice. The property is beautiful and charming, and the bed was very comfortable. We were made very welcome by Ken and Cindy, who are lovely!

    Amazing stay

    Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious as well. Fast WiFi Amazing breakfast, we loved the eggs benedict with smoked salmon, many options available as well. Friendly hosts as well.

    Perfect for a relaxing break

    The location was perfectly situated between Windermere and Bowness, maybe a 20min walk each way. The room was very cosy and gave me the best sleep in ages! The amenities were very considerate, especially as a female guest. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and gave advice on the local area to help me plan outings. The breakfast was delicious, and I really appreciated the extra touches, like a cafetiere for good coffee, and being able to customise the breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again!
