    The person who came to check the missing keys was very kind and helpful. He did everything he could to assist us and even offered to let us wait in his car while we searched for alternative accommodation. After we left the property, he continued helping us look for available rooms. His professionalism and willingness to help were the only positive aspects of this experience.

    When we arrived, there were no keys available for the apartment, and nobody could explain how the keys that were meant for us had gone missing or ended up with someone else. The issue could not be resolved, even after a house owner came to investigate. We were left to find alternative accommodation ourselves at around 8:00 PM, when most apartments were no longer accepting bookings. The owner offered €10 to help cover any extra cost if we found another place that was more expensive, but finding accommodation at that time was extremely difficult. The lack of organization and communication caused a lot of stress and significantly affected our trip.
