Нет шампуня,геля для душа На кухне нет соли, сахара и растительного масла. У нас ушло время пока разобрались как работает газовая плита

Unreliable host
The location
The host canceled the booking on the day of check-in, which caused a lot of inconvenience. I lost valuable time trying to find another place to stay at the last minute, on the same day I needed accommodation. While Booking.com does offer compensation in these situations, it requires additional formalities and paperwork from the guest, which is frustrating after already dealing with a cancellation. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.
