Staff make up for lack in management
The room was very spacious and peaceful. @management, staff could probably benefit from some language training. Aside from reception, wellness and Koča restaurant, English was not easy. Even so, the lovely staff made an effort to help as much as possible. When I booked I didn’t realise I had access to the indoor pool, so this was a bonus.
I mention the language barrier above because, signage is really bad. On arrival I had no idea where reception was, a cleaning person helped me get sorted. @management Really, there are 4 different hotels/accommodation on the property that share a reception, this is not clear when booking, nor check-in instructions.
