    La ubicación del dto, todo cerca.; el centro, la costanera, y buenos lugares para comer. Una zona tranquila. El departamento en si cómodo, funcional, con buen amoblamiento.

    Falta de limpieza, y falta elementos básicos, cómo bolsas de residuos, papel de cocina, repasadores y/o rejilla y los de higiene personal.
