We had several issues during our stay that made it difficult, especially with kids. 1. *Check-in*: There was a miscommunication about how to check in. We ended up waiting in our car all night and had to call http://Booking.com to get help checking in. 2. *Cleanliness & Smell*: The property had an unpleasant smell that my kids complained about the entire stay. 3. *Beds*: The beds were not comfortable. The kids’ bed was folded in while they were sleeping. 4. *Amenities*: The dishwasher was extremely noisy. The AC unit is located in the kitchen which didn’t cool the rest of the apartment well. The swimming pool was closed most of our stay due to chimney issues. 5. *Refund*: When we asked the property manager for a partial refund because of the pool closure, the request was refused. The location is okay, but the overall experience did not match expectations. I hope the management addresses these issues.

The apartment was comfortable and had everithing we needed. Also the location was great and in a safe zone.
To be honest there's nothing we didn't like.

Comfortable and peaceful stay while in town for business. Owner great with communication would definitely recommend.
The location is great across from a grocery store and multiple food spots.
There is no direct connection to the gated parking spot for unloading but it’s very close to the door so not too bad.
