    Wonderful, cozy place with character and private terrace to enjoy being outside.

    The large terrace is awesome! Also loved the full kitchen. Open air feel with a nice breeze or wind almost all the time, but you can also seal off the living room and bedroom to escape the heat with the AC/heat unit when needed. It’s also nice to be on the second floor away from the street and traffic.

    The bathroom door handle is broken/ loose so it sometimes doesn’t close or stay closed. Some small ants to deal with - gotta keep any sugar closed tight. It would be nice to have an electric kettle but the regular kettle on the gas stove works just fine, just takes longer. It is in the corner of two busy streets so traffic is loud.
