Great location, but the apartment is old.

The apartment is old and it was not very clean. The sheets on one of the beds were stained and with hair. The host was also very rude in the way she responded to me. She charged me the city tax even though I told her that I was Argentinean. Since I was only one day away from my stay, I did not want to continue arguing about it, but she charged me an additional $22.50 for the stay, even though all of the guests staying there were Argentinean.

Great experience in Buenos Aires and good place to explore the city.
It was a very spacious place with all you need in the kitchen. There wa even Tea, Yerba, Sugar etc . In the bathroom was even a hairdryer. THe apartment was near to shopping facilities and other sights. For those who like to avoid stairs there are two elevators. The Lady in charge was very friendly.
