    Leider aufgrund der Geruchsbelästigung nicht zu empfehlen

    Gute Lage und vor allem relativ ruhig , da keine Clubs in der Nähe . Dennoch seltsame Pump / schreddergeräusche im Zimmer im 2-3x pro Minute zu hören . Wer empfindlich ist , könnte sich daran stören. Evtl aber auch eine Besonderheit dieses Zimmers Das Personal war hilfsbereit, konnte aber gegen den Gestank ( siehe unten) auch nichts machen

    -Es hat gotterbärmlich im Bad gestunken und das trotz dauergeöffnetem Fenster. Playa del carmen hat wohl einKanalisationsproblem.es war so ekelhaft , dass wir teilweise 2 Stockwerke tiefer im Poolbereich die Toilette benutzt haben , die überraschenderweise nicht stank , nur um das Bad nicht betreten zu müssen. Der Kommentar der Hausverwaltung zu dem Thema war lediglich : „ Wissen wir , ist bekannt“ Wir waren froh , dass wir nach zwei Nächten abreisen konnten . - die zimmer sind um den Innenhof angeordnet , wo sich im EG der Pool befindet . Somit kann jeder , der vorbeiläuft in das Zimmer schauen. Auch bei geöffneten Jalousien ist es insgesamt eher dunkel im Appartement .daher auch nur bedingt gemütlich . -Einrichtung teils schon etwas abgewohnt - der Poolbereich liegt im Eingangsbereich und lädt eher weniger zum verweilen ein
