Es una casa con patio cerrado, para mí es importante porque fui con niños y mascota. All.lado o yo.diria q prácticamente dentro del área de la zona franca. El tema de entrar con clave es bueno, yo tuve q ir hasta la oficina porque terminé pagando en efectivo, pero si no vas directo con la clave. La casita está muy bien equipada y adornada muy linda y confortable.
Había una gotera en el radiador justo del.lado de mi cama. Dijeron q iban a arreglarlo pero les dije q estaba bien q lo hicieran después q me fuera. Si van de Argentina recordar q precisan un adaptador. Estuve dos días sin poder cargar mi celular hasta q conseguí uno.

Me gustó la casa completa está muy bien equipada y está en una muy buena zona muy tranquila
Creo que se podría mejorar con un mejor televisor las chapas de algunas puertas estaban un poco deterioradas se pueden cambiar,el secador de pelo que se calentaba y no funcionaba más y algunos enchufes adicionales para cargar teléfonos se podría implementar

Tranquilo y bien ubicado
Que no hay que buscar llave te pasan contraseña al pagar, queda al lado de zona franca.
Muy pequeño el espacio para ingresar vehiculos .. de una pick up para arriba no entra... una Suv si entra apenas, el problema al retroceder pasas muy cerca de cañerias de agua al guardar el auto
