    Excelente relación precio calidad.

    Muy buena ubicación, seguro y céntrico.

    Para invierno la calefacción era insuficiente pero soportable. La instalación de plomeria deberían revisarla ya que el bidet perdía un poquito de agua.

    Phenomenal location right at the Microcenter, everything we needed was in walking distance. The building itself was gorgeous and the apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine was in working order. Also the lady who handed us our keys was exceedingly nice and very understandable of our situation after we had some hiccups which lead us to arrive late and without the cash to pay right away due to a local holyday having closed exchange houses earlier than we expected.

    The wooden floorboards, while beautiful, also creak like a nightingale floor which WILL wake everyone up if you walk around at night. Not an issue if you are by yourself or if everyone in your party has the same sleeping schedule but might be something to be aware of if you are traveling with people who will go to bed earlier or later than you.
