Highly recommend
If you are looking for an affordable private residence, this apartment will far exceed your budget. Location, security, access to the shops etc. I would say the space is very good for one person and more than enough for two people. The bathroom isn't big, but it's a decent size. I really enjoyed my stay here, the owner Georgia is very organized and this apartment can be your temporary home in Buenos Aires.
There is an ongoing construction at upstairs, unable to avoid the knocking noise during the daytime(I was at outside while they were working, so it wasn't bothering me). The bedroom may be next to the neighbor's kitchen, so you may hear the sound of chopping and cooking at night, just prepare earplugs. It is not a brand new apartment, the faucet facilities must be closed tightly to prevent water leakage. Regarding plug types, Argentina mainly uses type I, but the socket near the bed is type C, so don’t forget to bring an adapter.

Exceptional
To be independent from a hotel for a change. It was a very homely apartment with shops & restaurants close by. Hosts welcomed us and came to collect the keys. We felt safe in the area.
