I liked the hotel plus having the pool bar was excellent and a way to unwind around the pool. The hotel is next door to La Vela Mall. Hotel staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant.
I had a privately owned room C701. The wifi was turned off in this room, I had to go to the Lobby to access wifi. The television in the room was not a Smart TV, there was no internet in the room. The utensils showed rust stains. My biggest problem was that Booking.com told me that the cost of my stay was US$630.00 when the owner of the room took me to the room he said I had to pay an additional US$75.00.. I did not budget for this but I had to pay it anyway since it was too late for me to get a regular room from the hotel

I love the area and the staff but i tok a private apt was not sure about it. Pool was nice malls nearby
The room i took was a private apt...no clean towels,sheets, toiletries cleaning of room etc ...it's like a b&b u do everything urself...no bf no service.
