  Great location & comfortable apartment

  The location was excellent as there were restaurants & cafes as well as a supermarket close by. It was only a short walk to Costanera Shopping Centre & the Hop On Hop Off bus which takes you to the cable cars & funicular & other sights around the city. The apartment itself was very clean, the bed very comfortable & the lovely soft mats on either side of the bed was a nice touch as well as the cute throw rugs. The shower was good with plenty of hot water & good pressure although it did leak a little water on to the floor beside the toilet (owner has been advised of this). The views from the balcony to the left & right were quite good (but directly opposite is an office building - of course we’re in the city). The kitchen had all the essentials if you wanted to prepare your own meals & the fridge was large enough for some food & drinks. Oh the swimming pool area was very basic however if the weather is hot I’m sure a dip in the pool would be refreshing. Overall we were more than happy with our stay at Andrea’s apartment (which is No. 1001 if you have any issues at the front desk when checking in). Another thing, the afternoon of our arrival we couldn’t find an open bank to get cash to pay for the apartment so we messaged Andrea & she agreed that we could pay the next day when we were able to get some cash.

  Some of the kitchen cupboards don't open & close very easily. The lounge-chair is very small & on the same wall as the TV which is a bit odd (but we didn’t want to watch TV anyway). We sat on the balcony most of the time when back at the apartment.

  A anfitriã é muito atenciosa, responde prontamente as mensagens, a localização é perfeita, sendo o maior acerto da minha viagem. O chuveiro é sensacional, a cozinha tinha tudo que precisávamos.

  Não ficou muito claro que o pagamento é somente em espécie, peso chilenos, o que foi ruim para mim, pois tiver que sacar dinheiro pagando uma bela taxa e perdendo uma boa prata na casa de câmbio porque não tive tempo de procurar uma que tivesse os spreads melhores.

  A localização é perfeita! Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa! Andreia foi muito simpática e nos ajudou em todas as questões que precisávamos! Os funcionários da recepção sempre solícitos e gentis! O apartamento é muito confortável!! O aquecedor de toalhas ajuda demais!O split funcionou perfeitamente para aquecer! O prédio possui máquinas de lavar e secar roupas. Você compra o crédito na recepção(com o cartão do proprietário)e o sabão em uma conveniência em frente ao prédio. Há restaurantes, lojas, metrô, farmácias, banco com caixa eletrônico para sacar dinheiro, locais para o café da manhã, tudo próximo!

  Una maravilla con excelente conectividad

  La coordinación con Andrea, siempre pendientes y rápida en responder, el ingreso y el personal de recepción, nos mencionaron donde comprar ya que llegamos pasado las 23:00 horas, la ubicación es perfecta, caminar por el sector es muy seguro. Otro punto importante es la calidad de la cama y que dentro del departamento se escuchan muy pocos ruidos

  Todo perfecto.
