La ubicación excepcional cerca de todo, seguro inclusive a la noche. La ducha. Con mucha presión y super calentita Ventana grande que aporta luminosidad natural
Le falta una limpieza a fondo sobre todo al baño la cortina de la ducha Como sugerencia una cortina black out textil ayudaría a tapar el frío de la ventana así rinde mejor la calefacción en invierno como fui yo o en verano con el aire acondicionado para bloquear el sol.

La ubicación cerca de todo. El trato de Marcelo el propietario que es un crack. Super atento y buena onda. Nos dio tremendos tips de lugares a visitar y maneras de llegar a todos los puntos.
El departamento si bien es muy céntrico, es muy antiguo. Soy alguien muy detallista con la limpieza y creo que el baño debería mejorar en todo aspecto. Sobre todo la ducha que no estaba muy limpia.
