Our stay was more than 10 out 10
Our host/owner went above & beyond helping us with our luggage & going over how everything worked. The apartment is spotless & very comfortable with everything supplied for our Florence adventure. A big comfy bed helps too!
The stairs are a bit steep but the owner assisted with our luggage so it was not too much for us. The building has so much old world charm but once inside it’s very updated & modern.

Appartamento super consigliato!
Appartamento in posizione strategica, che permette di raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche a piedi ed in pochi minuti; è molto pulito e curato nei minimi particolari,tutti gli ambienti sono ampi e confortevoli, in particolare il bagno e la camera da letto, il Sig.Pierpaolo è molto disponibile e gentile e ci ha fornito dei preziosi suggerimenti su come visitare la città e su dove mangiare, ci torneremo molto volentieri

Spacious, modern, clean, and perfectly located. Pierpaolo is a gem!
Pierpaolo was an absolute gem of a host. We were excited to stay at his apartment in Florence, but the place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, modern, and the bed was super comfortable (we're looking into getting the same mattress at home...). Location was safe (as he pointed out, right next to two of the best hotels in Florence, meaning the surrounding area is very safe), close to the train station on one side, and a short walk to all the sights -- we never even thought about taking a taxi or a car. Just steps away to the Arno, right above an amazing bakery and supermarket. Pierpaolo was always checking on us, gave us restaurant recommendations, and helped us with our bags (it is two floors up from the ground level). Would highly recommend staying at Pierpaolo's place. We'll certainly want to next time we come back to Florence.
