  The staff, the host and the entire feel of the property was very good. It was a true heritage property. Very neat and clean and tastefully designed.

  The breakfast spread was average but the quality of the food was good.

  Exceptional stay in budget during off season!

  The rooms were exceptional! They were neat and clean and beautifully decorated with large windows. The bathroom had to be the best thing because it was as big as the room and very neat and clean. There was also common sitting area outside the room with beautiful furniture and lots of books and paintings and some photos and personal belongings of the owner which gave a peek into their lives. Beautiful stay at a budget in September!

  There was not a chef in the hotel at the time we visited so the menu was limited but it was good and manageable. There was also less staff on the clock maybe because of off season but still every need was taken care of!

  A True Home Away from Home.

  “Home away from home” is exactly how I would describe this property—and a luxurious one at that. The location is about a 30-minute drive from the airport on a normal day and is very well connected. The property is close to most of the city’s major attractions while still offering a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. In the evenings, you can even hear the peacocks in the background, which adds to the charm of the place. It is a private residence, with the owners living on the ground floor. They are easily among the nicest people I have ever met. They are attentive, know exactly what is happening around the property, and are extremely welcoming and friendly, while always respecting their guests’ privacy. The staff, especially Mr. Mayur, are exceptionally polite and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs. The dining menu is pleasant and homely, and the food can be prepared according to your preferences. The dining area is located on the first floor, alongside a lovely pool. It is a wonderful setting for meals, especially dinner, when the peacocks provide a rather unique soundtrack in the background. The rooms are well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for a suite, which offered plenty of space and was very comfortable. The TV provides access to Netflix, and the internet connection is fast enough to comfortably support HD streaming. There is also an elevator serving the guest floors, and it worked flawlessly throughout our stay. Overall, this property offers a rare combination of luxury, comfort, warmth, and privacy. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I would be more than happy to return.   Even if I want to, I won't be able to find a flaw in the property!
