    Really enjoyed my time there, all my needs and wants were well covered and Id highly recommend it.

    The breakfast was well thought out ..there was enough variety to cover different tastes, ie cereals, fruit cocktail, fruit juice as well as cooked breakfast, breads and toast. Ivy was very attentive to cater to individual needs that guests requested. She was clearly interested in her guests and helpful in giving advice to help them get around etc, and answering questions they had. There was a nice mixture of guests also...some from abroad and some more local/ UK based. I loved my bedroom and bathroom and appreciated the quietness and general atmosphere in the house. It s great that there was a guest lounge although I didn't feel the need to use it. I was really delighted that it was so close to the train station and bus station as it really made getting around much easier.
