    Unique architecture and fabulous view. Infinity pool, bar and restaurant were all great.

    There were small functional and maintenance issues with the rooms and layout. It didn’t feel five star. You are paying for the view

    酒店的吉普車日出行程很好,司機拍照很漂亮,車也開得很穩,整個行程結束還會用成一個小影片. Villa 的主要住宿比較遠,但是配有高爾夫球車接送很方便,而且冰箱東西吃完會免費續補,很棒!

    這個地區有太多蒼蠅,在戶外用餐比較麻煩要一直趕,房間客廳沒有冷氣,不敢開門通風,白天待在客廳會比較悶熱

    The view itself is worth the money...

    Staff is what makes this hotel wonderful - always smiling, friendly and willing to help. The view to the mountains is amazing both from the room and the restaurant, especially during the sunrise. The room was very clean and in great condition. You can get pretty much all you need in the hotel - they provide Mt Batur tours, al types of massage etc etc. You also get a welcome drink and foot massage, which is a nice touch.

    The room that we got is located in the building, which is extremely close to the road, and combined with the poor soundproofing means you hear vehicles passing by, especially during busy hours. It's not extremely loud, but if your goal is to spend some time in silence listening to the nature you won't get many hours like that, although I think their villas should be way quieter due to their location.
