Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und gute Lage.
Der Altbau-Dielen-Boden knarrt leider sehr laut.

Zweckmäßiges Apartment in Neustadt
Die Lage ist gut, akzeptable Entfernungen zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, der Stauraum ausreichend. Bad und Küche sind gut eingerichtet.
Sehr lautes Knaben der Dielen, Menschen mit leichten Schlaf habe Probleme wenn der Partner Nachts auf Toilette muß. Ein Fenster im Schlafzimmer lies sich nicht verdunkeln (Jalousien nicht bedienbar).

Nettes Apartment
Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinem Balkon zum Garten. Nette Einrichtung. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. (Tagesticket 4,50€) Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße und wenn es so heiß ist wie momentan und man die Fenster nachts offen lassen muss, damit es sich etwas abkühlt, ist es abends und morgens recht laut. Das Schlafsofa ist bequem zu sitzen, aber relativ hart zum schlafen. Eine Abdunklung für das momentan nicht zu nutzende Fenster/ Rollo wäre bei der Hitze sinnvoll.
