    Gerne wieder

    Super Ausblick, gute Lage. Haltestelle und Swabi-Leihfahrrad-Station sind sehr Nahe. Swabi läuft unkompliziert über App, die normalen Räder sind höchstens für Personen bis 1,65, die eBikes auch bis 1,80. Die SteakManufaktur ist absolut empfehlenswert, war Tipp der Vermieter.

    Parksituation, war jedoch bekannt aufgrund der vorherigen Rezensionen. Wenn im benachbarten Kongress am Park eine Veranstaltung ist, das Auto stehen lassen oder erst spät zurück kommen: dann gibt es gar keine Parkplätze mehr.

    An excellent stay

    Very nicely furnished. Clean and comfortable. Large balcony with great views over the city. The kitchenette is small but makes good use of the space. And the pans etc were good. Would like to visit again one summer to make better use of the balcony. Nice to have decent coffee pods for the Nespresso machine.

    No mention that the washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement, shared coin operated machines. Thankfully the owner helped me out as I didn't have any euros.

    Tolle Lage super Ausstattung modernes Bad und was mir besonders wichtig ist: sehr sauber. der Gastgeber sehr bemüht und freundlich. Werden demnächst gerne wieder hier sein.
