    Ubicación, la preparación de la entrega del alojamiento y toda la información Las camas muy comodas Las sábanas y toallas impecables

    Very disappointing, avoid this place, don't trust the photos.

    Location is great, just 5 minutes away from Milano Centrale station. That's pretty much the only good thing about this apartment.

    The bathroom lock was broken and when I asked about it the staff told me that "for safety reasons you cannot lock the bathroom door". Just say that it's broken and you didn't care fixing it. No toiletries in the bathroom apart from 2 tiny, tiny hand soap bars. No reading lights in the main bedroom. One piece of the sofa bed came off as it was already broken. The clock was not working. Kitchen utensils were barely sufficient and the lid of the pan was broken. Overall the apartment in person looks VERY different from the photos...there is nothing "design" about this place. There was mold and water marks on the walls, the bathroom floor was dirty.
