    Efficient, clean, comfortable appartment in a new neighborhood.

    The appartment was absolutelly great. I had a good price and the value was terrific, with the free parking. The appartment is located in the brand new neighborhood, not far from city center and basically on the edge built Bratislava "downtown" hight rise developement but in a medium rise building, which is more personal and neat. Speaking as someone who has lived for 20 years in Bratislava (but now almost 10 years elsewhere) I think I would happily choose Zwirn project as a place to live parmanently, totally walkable area, close to a number of cafes and restaurants and city center maybe 25 mins of walking and 10 mins by public transport away. The appartment itself is perfectly clean, thoughtfully designed and comfortable for two people.

    Considering how usefull the parking was, to get to the parking place is a bit of a stretch since you first need to park elsewhere, take entry chip from the appartment and get back with the car to the garage. It is however totally worth it to have a car safely parked underground. Just make some time reserve for the process, since I did not and thus missed start of my meeting. Also, it would be great to have a small nespresso or similar coffee maker in the appartment to enjoy the slow morning (no, nescafe does not really count but thanks for offer :)). But it is not a big deal since you have 3-4 specialty cafes within 5 minutes of walking. (But you need a bit of courage to go there in your pyjamas). Now (October 26) there is construction just accross the street probably for another 6 months, but if you read it in the reviews, you do not have to fear it, the area quite quiet at night and during the daytime I saw the workers but did not hear any noise inside the appartment.
