I'VE BEEN SCAMMED. OUTRAGEOUS. I DEMAND AN INVESTIGATION. I REQUEST THAT THIS FACILITY BE PENALIZED.
The person I was asked to contact by Booking.com, and their assistant, have blocked all my phone calls and WhatsApp communications, and the key has not been delivered to me. It's a huge scandal. I'VE BEEN SCAMMED.

Die Lage war OK
Hygienisch war es unter jeder Kritik, Ungeziefer in der Badewanne, der Teppich schmutzig, die Waschbecken schmutzig, die Dusche verschimmelt, die Kaffeemaschine kaputt, insgesamt ziemlich heruntergekommen Der Vermiter hat dann keine Rechnung ausgestellt, was an Betrug grenzt, und sich nicht mehr zurückgemeldet Auf auf die Aufforderung von Booking.com nicht mehr geantwortet Die Unterkunft wird bald von Booking entfernt, das kann nicht den Regeln dieser sonst verlässlichen Plattform entsprechen WARNUNG!! NICHT BUCHEN!!!!

Location is perfect. Shopping and restaurants is just around the corner. Close to Spagna train station. Taxi stop is just a few steps outside the building. Very near to the spanish steps and walkable to most of other attractions. Spacious. The whole space was well heated which was nice.
The place is quite old. Some dust on the floor on a few spots. Interesting split level design but can be quite inconvenient..eg have to climb the stairs to go to kitchen area and the wardrobe in the main bedroom. One of the bathroom is leaking and flood the floor. So we left with just 1 bathroom which is in the main bedroom and quite small. Not a very pleasant experience when we have to accomodate the technician to come and fix the bathroom for 2 consecutive days when we are only staying for 3 nights. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in small sachet which is not enough for our 3 night stay. So we ended up buying our own shower gel and shampoo. It would be nice to invest in proper shower gel and shampoo for the guests. There's a washing machine but no dryer...

Appartamento bello e ben arredato. Ottima posizione
Pulizia da migliorare. Un disastro i bagni: cattivo odore; prima otturati poi perdevano, acqua calda che va e viene.
