It is hard to describe the experience at this place. On the positive side, it has a great location with easy access to highways, and it is very convenient for trips to Prague city center and the surrounding area; it is a quiet spot close to gas stations and a supermarket, and there is a shopping mall not far away .It is also worth commending the technician who arrived. He was very generous and genuinely wanted to address all the issues.
On the first day, we arrived at 3:00 PM after a long drive. Instead of heading out to enjoy central Prague, we were busy trying to connect to the Wi-Fi, figuring out why only hot water was coming out of the shower, dealing with an unpleasant odor on the upper floor, and of course struggling with a door to the garden that wouldn't close. The listing claims there is air conditioning; in reality, there is just a small unit in the living room that fails to cool even that space and we arrived right after a heatwave in Prague. The reality differs from what is shown and advertised in the photos. The living room exit door cannot be opened at all because it has been sealed shut; there is even a sticker indicating this. This means there is no way to ventilate the living room or step out onto the balcony. The door on the lower floor cannot be closed properly because it is defective. We contacted a representative via WhatsApp, and a technician came, but nothing was actually resolved; they just closed it. In practice, a slight push from the outside opens it, and it isn't sealed tight either. Only hot water comes out of the downstairs bathroom tap. The technician who arrived was, unfortunately, unable to resolve the issue. I suggested that the faucet needed replacing. That same technician was sent back at 10:00 PM, but needless to say his visit was a waste of time since the problem couldn't be fixed. We all had to shower upstairs, which wasn't ideal. There are a lot of spiders and mold in the upstairs bathroom, and the house generally has an unpleasant odor due to poor ventilation. We even considered moving out.
