    Excellent stay!

The property is as advertised. Pictures don’t do it justice. The apartment is specious with a fabulous terrace. It’s modern, beautifully furnished and has got everything that you will need with a big fridge freezer, washing machine etc . We had a lovely time. It’s peaceful and quiet. Great air-con. Fab location close to everything . Our host Asia communicated well with us - no issues . We would stay again if in Florence. The only minor improvement / suggestion I would say is about the security deposit which is not that common elsewhere especially when booked via booking.com - maybe it’s an Italian way or bad previous experience from the host . Hopefully it will be returned swiftly . On the other hand given the quality of the apartment - it’s understandable. Thank you for a lovely stay

Sehr schönes Apartment in super Lage

der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist gelinde gesagt gewöhnungsbedürftig

Water during shower gets warm/hot too lately after and the power of water is too weak. We had to take cold showers. Exept that everything was beyond expectations. Location, cleanliness and the design of the house was magnificient.
