Location amazing, property okay, host was un contactable
The actual property was okay, and the location is amazing. The building is very secure and the street feels safe.
The host is basically impossible to contact, when you book you are told you will receive a registration link within 2-3 before your arrival, this didn't happen, in fact, we didn't get any confirmation until less than 24 hours before our flight. Following this, the apartment has electric shutters on the windows for privacy, it is not immediately obvious how these work and without them there is a VERY thin see through curtain that people who walk past and surrounding properties would be able to see into the room. Once again, the host was impossible to contact regarding this situation and he only responded once we escalated the situation with booking.com on both occasions. Yes there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment but it really wasn't an issue for us, if you have any form of disability / injury I can see why it would definitely be an issue, but if you're healthy it's a nice way to get a bit of extra fitness in, I actually kind of liked it. One other small thing which isn't a big issue just slightly inconvenient is the shower. The bracket for the shower is basically upright so doesn't stay contained within the bath area so you have to use it as a hand held, not the end of the world but slightly annoying. Water pressure isn't great but expected from a 4th floor block of apartments.

Interno dell'appartamento, esternamente è da rivedere a pieno per i motivi spiegati.
La struttura era pulita, i servizi completamente funzionanti. Inoltre, la posizione è eccellente perché si trova al centro della città con tutti i vari servizi pubblici a portata di mano.
Non abbiamo richiesto il self check-in ma ci è stato imposto, infatti arrivati all'interno della struttura abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l'automatizzazione dei vari portoni, nonostante ciò ho provato più volte a chiamare i vari numeri collegati alla struttura ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta tranne che sulla chat di booking ma senza avere nessun riscontro positivo. In aggiunta, dal portone principale entravano nel cortile dello stabile persone non residenti facendo dei bisogni (palesemente ubriachi e alterati) e disturbando la quiete pubblica con schiamazzi e gesti non propensi.
