Das Zimmer war super. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beim Frühstück wurde mir sogar jeden Tag meine Lieblingsmusik angemacht. Einfach toll..

Grazioso hotel ma con spazi limitati
L'hotel è in una buona posizione per raggiungere velocemente il centro con un taxi e nelle vicinanze si trovano molti locali. Lo staff è davvero molto gentile e disponibile.
Scegliendo un boutique hotel 5 stelle avevo delle aspettative molto alte ma mi sono dovuta ricredere. Forse il criterio di valutazione delle stelle non corrisponde a quello italiano. La camera è davvero troppo piccola (doveva essere 18mq ma ne abbiamo contati 12) ed in 2 con i bagagli non ci si stava. La pulizia non è da 5 stelle. Il bagno veniva pulito ogni 2 giorni (è rimasto un pezzo di carta per terra per tutto questo tempo) e sarebbero state necessarie delle pulizie di fondo. Solo sulla scrivania c'era un dito di polvere mai tolto. Inoltre il lavandino è posizionato fuori dal bagno ed è piuttosto scomodo. Non ho usufruito della spa perchè ho scoperto che non era inclusa (qui però non sono stata attenta ai dettagli della prenotazione) nel mio pacchetto. La colazione è varia ma non vi è molta offerta di prodotti dolci.

Great walkable local area, excellent breakfast, cozy beds, kind staff.
Breakfast was SO fantastic and the views from the roof room are phenomenal. Front desk staff was all very helpful and friendly
There were a bit of miscommunications with some of my pre-arrival requests (I got in at 5am and booked the room for the previous night so I could sleep). So it was missing some basics but the staff was kind and we recovered from it :).
