Poor condition and not worth the apparent space/saving
If you need a place that sleeps 4 or more on a budget this may be useful.. Kitchenette and bathroom are functional, with washing machine. Very easy access out of hours with lockbox.
Sadly the property was significantly lower standard than I was expecting. A faint smell of old smoke/mould throughout - I think mould may have have come from standing air cooler?. Mosquito in the room at night. Kitchen tap leaks. Two thin double quilts on double bed instead of double cover - a bit odd?! Bathroom fittings relatively new but shower edges filthy. Old food in cupboard from previous occupants. Noisy at night - couldn’t work out if coming from upstairs occupant or external window shutters. Unable to close window shutters and message to manager asking how not replied to. Curtains see through/don’t close properly so room visible from outside at night when lights on, and ground floor to street. I actually left after one night of 4 as couldn’t face another night, felt unhealthy. I have never left a place before despite travelling in hostels and budget rooms as well as hotels around the world.. Got a hotel room at Mercure, very nice standard, for same price per night.

Comfortable, clean and amazing host
It was close to the public transport and walking distance of different restaurants and bars. It was comfortable and really nice to stay there. Also the host is a saint

Logement abordable et qui correspond globalement à l'annonce. Arrêt de bus au coin de la rue, arrêt de tram pas trop loin, plutôt accessible contrairement à nos attentes.
Beaucoup de bruit de travaux tôt le matin et de circulation la nuit. Pas de fenêtre dans la deuxième chambre difficile donc d'aérer.
